The Ayin Mission
Supporting Jewish women in their journey of healing from the trauma of childhood sexual abuse.
We are dedicated to adding light to the path of reclaiming their lives, providing holistic education and tools for healing not just the body and mind,
but also the heart and soul.
We strive to create a supportive, nurturing environment where every woman can find strength, hope, and a path to recovery.

Healing Involves
Both Body
& Soul

As body and soul are interconnected, nourishment for the soul is vital component of the healing journey for a Jewish person. The Jewish people were given powerful spiritual tools to support life and the healing process and we are committed to sharing these gifts to help Jewish women heal. The Tzadik the Bat-Ayin teaches that the gematria of the name Israel/“Yisrael” is the same as the gematria for “Light” and “Dark.” The work of healing is to continuously bring the light into the dark. This is our work at Ayin Healing.
As Jewish people, we testify that we are souls, a piece of G-d Himself, enclothed in Physical bodies.
"The body and soul are truly integrated and united as a single whole. Therefore anything that occurs in the soul will cause some corresponding phenomenon in the body."
- The Lubavitcher Rebbe.
In healing from trauma, the body is integral to healing, as this is where the trauma and memory is stored, and there exist today numerous healing modalities to help the body release the impact and pain of trauma. By activating the soul within through Jewish means, we support & strengthen the healing process.

The Start of Ayin
Ayin was created in the grueling aftermath of Simchas Torah/October 7th, 2023. The Jewish world was reeling in shock, horror, and pain, as we heard of the terror and torture inflicted upon Jewish women and men in the attack by Israel’s enemies. The mainstream media and most of the world didn’t believe the abuse and blamed Israel. As a grandchild of Holocaust survivors, Dr. Miriam Pineles, DACM has always been sensitive to the trauma of the Jewish nation, and has always felt the obligation and need to survive and thrive. It was in the weeks following October 7th that Miriam decided she would not let the enemy take another Jewish life, and instead of succumbing to the pain, she would start doing something to combat their evil, and “Ayin Healing” was started.
Why Ayin Healing?
Ayin Healing was born to heal the survivors amongst us still living with the physiological and emotional ramifications of childhood trauma; to heal the wounds of violation and strengthen women to prevent future abuse; and, to honor the lives lost on October 7th.
Healing from abuse is the work of redemption, both personal and national, and we at Ayin Healing are here to help you find your redemption/Geula.
